In 2018, Martin Sun, founder of CloudBB, discovered that there was a gap between after schools and their workflow processes. After school systems were also still relying on old administrative paperwork, mountains of check in sheets, and paper payment collections. To make matters worse, as enrollments grew, so did the disconnection between after school programs and the location of their students.

Martin had one objective in mind, to meet the needs of students, staff, and parents above all. At the forefront of his new after school solution, Martin created a new exclusive Pick Up feature that would provide the much-needed transparency to bridge the gap between student whereabouts, staff members, drivers, and parents. No child would ever be forgotten during an after school pick up with Martin’s new platform.

Working around the clock with after school and child care centers, Martin applied his years of experience in cloud computing services, enterprise management, and service as a software to create the most comprehensive all-in-one integrated solution for after school management.

When CloudBB was released, clients quickly praised CloudBB as the ultimate software to handle many of the logistical nightmares that were often associated with administrative after school management.

CloudBB managed to streamline every process and provide the crucial transparency for everyone involved beginning with initial student enrollment, to the pickup process of students, and all the way to the final invoicing stage.

Today, CloudBB is headquartered in Pleasanton, California and continues to proudly serve many after school programs.

    As the founder of CloudBB, Martin holds a master’s degree and has worked in software and CRM companies for more than 15 years. He received the highest level of Salesforce certification in 2008. As early as 2006, he has been engaged in SaaS and cloud computing, providing consulting services on cloud computing and enterprise management for many organizations and educational institutions.

  • Ann

    Ann is our CRM Consultant with rich experience in education, activity, student management solutions. With a Master's degree in Computer Application, she worked as a Technical support Associate over last years, and she can provide solutions to our clients to meet their unique needs. She enjoys meeting passionate educators, administrators, and staff, they focus on improving child's educational experience and keep after schools or child care centers running confidently with the CloudBB system.

  • Jacklynn

    Jacklynn is our Product Specialist; she focuses on improving product design and user experience. With a Master's degree in Education and years of experience teaching at after-school programs, she likes to understand the needs of our customers, improving the functionality of CloudBB constantly. She also has a background in customer support and technical writing.

  • Ruben

    Ruben is our talented Junior Product Manager who brings valuable CRM and prior team management experience to the table. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Ruben can be found engaging with multiple stakeholders and CloudBB teams to ensure that the platform constantly exceeds expectations. His support and management across the company have been integral in CloudBB's commitment to create the best possible product for customers while operating at its highest level.
